Delivery Information


Online Orders - Carriage and Delivery

 

1.         There is a standard flat rate of €7.50 per shipment when ordering online. Additional charges may apply if multiple packages are required, Confirmation will be required in this circumstance.

 

2.         All Online orders are processed & shipped directly from our warehouse in Cork.

 

3.         Online orders received before 4:30pm are processed for next working day delivery.

 

4.         An order may be sent to a different delivery address from the account holders address, there is a facility to enter a different delivery address when placing your order online.

 

5.         Online orders for collection must be collected from our office within 48 hours, a copy of your e-mail confirmation or order reference number will ensure a quick collection process. Orders not collected after 48 hours will automatically be put back in stock and your account will be credited accordingly.

 

6.         The Company may make delivery by instalments unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the Customer to accept or pay for any instalment may be retreated by the Company to deliver any one or more of the instalments or any claim by the Customer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Customer to treat the relevant contract as a whole as repudiated.

 

7.         The Company shall be under no liability to the Customer in respect of any Shortages in quantities delivered against orders or in respect of goods damaged in transit before delivery unless full details of such alleged Shortages or damages is notified to the Company within 3 business days.

Off Line Orders - Carriage and Delivery


Except as previously agreed in writing by the Company, prices do not include delivery charges to the Customer and the Company reserves the right to levy charges for delivery to any destination advised by the Customer.

                                                 

The Company may make delivery by instalments unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the Customer to accept or pay for any instalment may be retreated by the Company to deliver any one or more of the instalments or any claim by the Customer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Customer to treat the relevant contract as a whole as repudiated.
